Green Auditorium

I have not counted the number of times I have been in one of the greatest Botanical Gardens on earth.

The Botanical Garden of Singapore has the flair of an old Grande Dame.

The Grande Dame still looks good and matured. She is always worth a visit, just to walk through from one end to the other.

In the middle is one of the longest and nicest stone benches I ever know.

Unfortunately this length bench is not covered by shade, which is in Singapore terms a disaster.

Behind the bench is the most magnificent open space auditorium I have seen and experiences so far.

Sitting on the bench or sitting on the grass plain gives you a view to the stage.

Several times a year the stage hosts concerts for free. Whoever visits Singapore should catch one of those amazing events.
