What a wonderful leisure walk
Kramerplateauweg is an easy walk of about one and a half hours along the upper close edges of Garmisch.
For those who don’t know, Garmisch was once the host of the Winter Olympic Games.
Once in a while one can look down the sloops on majestic Garmisch.
An unknown number of benches are placed along the walk. There is no shortage of seating opportunities.
The walk is easy and almost all the time flat and well equipped with signs and benches.
The reward for the walk is a wonderful restaurant at a small lake. As rustic as it can be.
It would have been quite a bit of an effort to post each and every bench along Kramerplateauweg by itself.
