Walking from the Palais Royal, built by and formerly home of Cardinal Richelieu, to the Louvre, today home of the most well-known paintings and sculptures, you cannot miss this one:
Just around the corner and about 100m North of the Louvre on the Place Collette at Rue Saint Honoré you can find the prettiest underground entrance in Paris. You do not recognize it as a Metro entrance on the first view, but it is. It looks like a crown, doesn’t it? A piece of art by Jean-Michel Othoniel.
