Waiting for the bus in Ennis, Ireland

At a bus stop in Ennis at the river side, I found these two “benches” next to each other. They definitely do not look Celtic, rather somehow Asian ?

Then – returning from a pub, it was already dark – I found the “fiddle player & chair”.

On the backside of the “chair” there is a inscript: “Contentment is Wealth” Sculptor Fio  na o’Dwyer.
