The benches of new NOMA

The un-doubtable highlight of the Copenhagen trip was the dinner at the new NOMA. A once in a lifetime event (very difficult to get a table for the dinner) and truly an experience of food creation and presentation. In fact it is not a dinner, it is a kind of art-performance of food.

When approaching the new NOMA location you first spot the greenhouse where the herbs and some of the vegetables for the dinner are grown up.

…and a nice view in the backyard. Looks like a wild meadow, but it is not. It is a well thought through part of the composition of this location.
